Electrolytic Composite Polishing
Smooth and high uniformity down to the nano level! We can accommodate products with three-dimensional shapes!
"Electrolytic Composite Polishing" is a nano-order polishing method that combines the electrolytic dissolution of metals (such as stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium) with mechanical abrasion using polishing materials. Liquid polishing abrasives are supplied from a pump to a rotating tool, applied to the workpiece while being energized during the process. This method accommodates not only flat plates but also products with three-dimensional shapes. The polished surfaces of products treated with electrolytic composite polishing (especially stainless steel products) achieve an ultra-precise mirror finish, enhancing their aesthetic appeal. Furthermore, our company has developed a surface treatment technology called "SUSECP" to further improve the corrosion resistance of electrolytic composite polishing, achieving a surface roughness of Ra=2.7nm with enhanced corrosion resistance. 【Features】 ■ Complex shape processing ■ Ultra mirror finish ■ High uniformity ■ High corrosion resistance ■ High vacuum compatibility *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
